Erica created some google doc's for me and several Excel Spreadsheets to organize information I had needed to get in order for a long time. She was cheerful, prompt, responsive, and created clean, well though out documents. I'm very pleased, and plan to work with her more.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wanted the freedom to pick what type of tasks/projects I worked on and people I worked with/for. I was researching different fields in independent contracting and came across Virtual Assistants. I like the idea of being able to use all the skills that I have and work with a variety of people doing different things. I am not locked in to one feild.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice I can give to a client is to always follow their gut. If it doesn't feel right then walk away. We are in a day and age that information can be found on the internet. Research the Virtual Assistant and see who they are and what their online image is.
