I used renaissance catering for my daughters 15 birthday of 75 people. I had a buffet of Cuban food and it was absolutely delicious all my guests kept telling me how delicious it was and raved about it for days. Unfortunately they forget the appetizers, the set up of how the food was lined up was out of order kids Mac n cheese tray was next to rice kids food should have been separated from the adult food,they ran out of plates so my guest had to wait until they washed plates (very embarrassing). The Food I give 5 stars but the knowledge of how to execute a big party 1 star. They did refund me for forgetting my appetizers.
