Introduction: I meet you where you are now, with absolutely no judgment, & we begin the "work". We create a custom coaching + yoga + meditation journey for you that includes 1:1 sessions (either in-person in Orlando or virtually via Zoom) in additional to some self-led "soul work" to go deeper within + apply the lessons/work in a practical way to everyday life. I am super passionate about growth, freedom (in all the ways - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual), & love and compassion, so I created a business that helps clients get into true alignment with who they are, uplevel their mindset, & grow their love/compassion for themselves & life! My favorite tools for doing this are yoga, energy healing, meditation, practicing law of attraction, journaling, & affirmations. I help you build your own "mindfulness toolkit" and help you master the tools & become a manifesting machine (+ just FEEL better daily!). You have all of YOUR answers within you, and I would love to help you uncover them & empower you to step into your best self without wasting any more time! In our sessions we will combine tools (yoga + meditation + journaling/coaching, switching it up based on your preferences + goals), & truly help you center mind-body-spirit to truly ALIGN and create more FLOW in your life on a daily basis. Danielle is an AMAZING coach (and I have worked with others in the past). She is so committed to her work and to her "client/friends" & their personal growth/goals (she's so invested in relationships that she doesn't even feel right just calling them "clients"!). She is such a calming presence and the perfect balance of compassion in working with my crazy travel schedule, and also reminding me WHY I want to do this work in the first place. She always gently helps me find that inner commitment to myself. I love Danielle and know she will be a lifelong friend. I've learned so much from her and have so much fun working together - from laughter, to tears, to meditations, to dance parties. Danielle is amazing to work with. Let's talk! We can do single sessions starting at $68, or monthly packages starting at $222/month. I also have guided group courses as well if you'd prefer to grow alongside a community of like-minded people.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a discovery call where I discover more about you, where you're at, what you're looking for, + your goals while you also discover more about me + my coaching/services. We can see if we vibe! :) Then, I'll provide you a follow-up email with some next steps & further information on pricing/your package depending on our conversation. Then, we get started right away! I don't like to waste anytime! So be ready to dive right in!
