- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers typically call us because of our five star reviews on Google and Angie's list. Upon your first call we will ask for your address in order to see pictures of your home on Google. We will then ask two additional questions in order to give you an estimate right over the phone. The first question is "how long has it been since your last gutter cleaning?" The second question is, "are there any covers over your gutters?" We will then be able to give you an accurate estimate to clean your gutters. Upon your acceptance of our estimate we will then schedule the date of your gutter service. You do not have to be home for your gutters service but if you prefer to be we can arrange a date convenient for you to be there. Payment can be made with cash check or credit card. whatever you prefer.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would definitely advise that a customer first and foremost check on a providers reviews. This is very important because if someone is a fly by nighter a scammer or shoddy provider the Internet will show this. Also a customer should ask for proof of insurance as well as proof of licensing. Lastly if a customer is home during service they should look at the service providers vehicle to see the "green home-improvement sticker" that is provided by Westchester County consumer protection and is required to be displayed on the bumper of the providers vehicle.
