- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't believe it's fair to our customers to price our jobs until we've done a full and thorough audit. But we can say our prices are almost always significantly more affordable than our competitions'.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk to our customers in their homes where we can see and best understand their mold issues. We are very intent on learning about their concerns, fears, recent water events and history of past events. We do a free and thorough home (or business) audit to determine the source of the problem and we prescribe a detailed remediation plan conforming to the rigorous protocols recommended by New York State and contingent upon an independent assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have had hundreds of hours of classroom and on-the-job training for building science and mold remediation. We have worked on innumerable remediation jobs in all environments, including basements, crawl spaces, attics and living spaces.
