- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope of work you are looking to have done. Deep cleanings will cost more then general cleanings. And know you are getting a company that is insured and has employees not a lady doing this on the side that is not insured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate with them see what there trouble areas are and come up with a game plan with them to get these areas in order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in water restoration carpet cleaning fire and smoke restoration i also do odor removal and mold remediation.
