- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
More than 98 percent of hotels are parity priced. That means the cost is the same whether you book it yourself or have the travel agent do the work. Our customers get the best of the high tech world, with high level customer service. Plus you have the added benefit of a no walk guarantee. When a hotel is oversold, the first bookings to be bumped to a different hotel are the online bookings.

Listen to what the customer really wants and give advice and recommendations according to the budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am very familiar with most of the luxury resorts in the Caribbean, and myself and colleagues are constantly making site inspections to ensure standards are up to expectations.
