- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to set a monthly fee for my services. This gives my clients flexibility to use my services as much as they want instead of being charged for each individual conversation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with my clients to understand their business and make sure expectations are set for what is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in accounting and I am also a CPA in the state of Arizona. I have worked for various firms preparing tax returns and producing financial statements. I have also worked as a Controller for few different industries. I am certified as a Quickbooks specialist so I am also very familiar with this accounting software.
