ALL EVENTS ARE SET TO YOUR SPECIFICATION; PLEASE NOTE , I ONLY SERVE ON A 1ST COME 1ST SERVE BASES. WHICH MEANS , IF YOU BOOK YOUR PARTY BEFORE A HIGHER OFFER COMES IN, I MUST BY LAW HONOR YOUR CONTRACT FIRST.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
C.E. Chef Mines was professionally trained at the Baltimore's International Culinary, graduated in the class of 1981. He completed his chef's apprenticeship 5 years later and became a Certified Professional Working Chef with an International Cuisine and Business degree. Chef Mines has had the honor to cook for four of Maryland's governors as well as a host of world famous celebrities, including movie stars and musicians Cab Callaway, Dizzy Gillespie, Ella Fitzgerald, Lena Horne, and Mickey Rooney.
