Lou has helped me with my personal goals of losing weight and was able to incorporate my medical conditions that arose over the last 4 years. I developed breast cancer 3 years ago, and was able to maintain my weight and remain healthy during my chemo with the proper nutrition guidance and workout routine. I have dealt with fibromyalgia, slipped and herniated discs, knee injury and shoulder injury. Throughout all of this, he has taken time to research my conditions and combine his knowledge to give me the proper workouts that will not hinder my recovery. Over all, I have learned that Lou devotes all his time to his clients wellfare and truly wants what is best for you.
