Martha is an exceptional pet sitter! She genuinely cares for the well being of my pets and I never have any concerns while I'm away on business or vacation travel. Martha is extremely conscientious, responsible and trustworthy. I wish she had not relocated because she is such an awesome pet sitter! You can have complete confidence in Martha's ability to care for your pets and look after your home while you're away. Her prices are very and her level of care exceptional!

Hi Martha, could you tell me about your cleaning profession. I do live in Titusville. Do you go to Titusville? How much do you charge for cleaning a house?

Hi Donna, Cleaning professionally is very different than when I used to clean just my own house. Once there's a system in place it goes much Faster ! After I was trained I also noticed how much I had been missing in the process. An example? I scrub aerators (the mesh in a sink faucet.They get dirty, but most people don't think about it because you don't see them. Titusville is about an hour away, so ..no I don't travel that far. Great little town though! As for cost? It depends on the job. It usually comes out to about $13 an hour.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I have standard pricing according to time spent on each assignment. For more information please visit my website. Generally prices go from $12 for mid-day potty breaks to $65 for overnight sits. Housekeeping is at a $13hr rate. I have an associate that can help with the work if that is preferred.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a free "Meet & Greet" initial consultation.Because the information form is very thorough I will email it earlier so that you can fill it out at your convenience. Once a contract is signed I can then take reservations over the phone and credit card payments for future dates. If housekeeping or other services are requested we can discuss it via phone or email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Professional Pet Sitter through Pet Sitters International and also have a PetSaver 1st Aid Certification from Pet Tech. 25 years of experience with animals, and especially Parrots has taught me to carefully observe behavioral details. Animals are as individual as people! Cleaning is something I enjoy and have done for friends, family, and professionally. Being organized and useful just feels good!
