FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, all of our plant prices are standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will set up a consultation, and discuss plants you like, dislike, any issues with the current landscape, and narrow down what exactly your project will entail. From there, we will discuss our design services. Once the design and proposal are approved by you, we will pick a date for the installation process to best accommodate your schedule. We take a lot of pride in showing up on time, every time, and leaving your property cleaner than before we arrived.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over ten years experience landscaping in South Florida. I've also completed the Green Industries Best Management Practices program, through the University of Florida, which is an educational program for landscape professionals. The GI-BMP program teaches environmentally safe landscaping practices that help conserve and protect Florida's ground and surface waters. Roots Landscape Service is a proud member of the Florida Landscape Management Association, whose goal is to promote the use of sound landscape and horticultural practices throughout the state of Florida. The Florida LMA keeps us up to date on the latest pests and diseases in the area, so we can identify them at our clients' properties and recommend a solution before there's a real problem.
