FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Honestly there is no standard pricing in my business. The price can change dramatically depending on the size of the project and the selections you make. In other words, a kitchen can be 100 square feet or 800 square feet. And the type of flooring or cabinet you chose can vary quite a bit. I work with several vendors that that offer a wide range of choices and cost options to get you the look you want with a price you can afford.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone contact Make an appointment to see and discuss project 2 Meet with homeowners and listen to their needs and desires for their home. 3 Help them to design their project 4 Give them a fair and honest price that DOES NOT change unless THEY decide to change the scope of work. 5 Sign the contract and file for necessary permits 6 Start and complete the project on time 7 Make the customers dreams come true
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for my uncle when I was a young teenager on the weekends and in the summers. doing everything from roofing to custom cabinetry.
