Introduction: Who am I? "I am Moira Howard a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have been working as a therapist for over nine years specializing in addictions and dual diagnosis. During my years of study I also have trained in EMDR therapy which is proven to reduce symptoms related to trauma. Another style of therapy I use is Psychodrama. This unique style helps break the ice for individuals who feel anxious about traditional talk therapy.
