FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing structure, but assess each individual as the need arises. Is someone really needs help, and I feel I can be the best person for them, but they can't afford my price, I will work with them. My prime objective is to help people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first find out about the person. What are his/her interests, lifestyle, relationship status, time constraints, etc. What is it that excites him/her? That he or she is passionate about? Then we delve into the issues, concerns, and life/work goals. We peel away the layers and work on strategy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied theatre in college, and have a lot of business experience in various industries. I've been a salesman, sales manager, and business owner in the manufacturing business, which has given me valuable tools to know how to sell, market, and run a business top to bottom. I represented the US in track and field, and my years of training, honed my ability to be committed and focused on goals. I was a professional actor, which helped sharpen my ability to focus, and gave me greater listening skills, as well as abilities to communicate in different ways. These skills all helped me as I became a theatre producer, writer, and realtor. Besides coaching people in business, I have coached athletes training to make top level teams in track and field, as well as actors for auditions and general coaching. My skills are varied and well-honed through years of sharpening and continual learning.
