FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I per hour and that would include the shopping, cooking, serving and cleanup. The food that is separate and depends on budget and where they may like for me to shop.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out if they have any food allergies 1st and foremost as that can be a life saver! Then to see what they really like and don't like. I'll show my portfolio and give recommendation of my favorite things to cook and also what we can do with what they like. I love trying new foods and recipes and seeing my clients happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I have a associate degree in culinary arts from Florida Culinary in PBG which I received in 1997. Was doing small dinner parties for my nail clients before I went to Culinary School and have been blessed to travel to alot of different states and countries in my yachting career. I tend to mesh together a few different things from my travels kind of fusion inspired.
