FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system for my clients. I believe that every entrepreneur and business is unique. I am happy to provide all encompassing services which would necessitate months of work and larger fees, however, some individuals require only a few consultations in order to get them on the right track. My goal is always to provide the best service for my client and never to consider the financial relationship when determining your needs. If I take care of my clients, financial success for my company will happen automatically.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important part of building a consultant/client relationship is synergy. We must enjoy working and speaking with one another. If there is not synergy from the very beginning then it is most likely not the proper relationship. I am happy to have introductory phone calls and face-to-face meetings only to determine that we may not be a a perfect fit. The worst thing that could happen is you have a nice conversation or cup of coffee and met a new contact. I have even gone as far as suggested another consultant that may be better suited for their needs. This is all about helping people and not just about making money. I believe that if I can provide value to my clients I have done my job. Financial success that my company may experience as a result of such consultation is merely a bonus.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As I mentioned, my experience is from hands-on, real life. I began in business by owning multiple restaurants and having over 175 employees at a time. These were high volume and very successful restaurants in large metropolitan areas, not small establishments. I did several million dollars in revenue's per location and handled everything from design of the original restaurants, manage successful operations for several years and successfully sold these establishments. I have built an insurance business that is licensed in over 40 states and has several hundred professional athletes as clients as well as entertainers, high net worth individuals and insures significant real estate assets. This business is headquartered in midtown Manhattan and has been in business successfully for several years. I'm currently in the process of building, with my partners, the first of its kind insurance product for the financial/investment industries which should launch in early 2018. This has been a three-year process of building such a product with one of the top insurance carriers in the world based out of London England. I'm also a partner in a vertically integrated real estate investment firm. This business takes the majority of my time at this point in life and is a true joy. We have had the tremendous fortune of working with large multifamily developers here in the United States as well as involvement with significant international investments. We have a consulting group, real estate brokerage, mortgage mortgage brokerage and soon to be investment banking division. These are just a few of the experiences I have had, but I believe they show a significant and wide range of experience necessary to help others grow their businesses in just about any industry.
