- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Conduct an introduction to learn of the customer's needs and expectations. Then priorities each of the tasks and begin assisting customer or accomplish the tasks independently. For picture framing I measure the size of each frame and create a paper template with tape to preview the layout to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Computer service: BSIT degree from Kaplan University and a MSIT degree from Colorado Technical University. Furniture assembly service: assembled >23 pieces, I've replaced upholstery of 2 sofas and refinished a 6 chair dinning set. Art & Picture framing: studied interior design concepts
