Iggy is highly knowledgeable, dependable, and professional. He patiently guides you through every movement, he’s not in a rush. He wants you to work through every movement with intention. He is encouraging and gives great feedback. I have a lot of injuries and I like the fact that he didn’t treat me like an old lady, he challenged me to go a little deeper in my stretches and even let me try some more advanced poses. He closes with deep breathing exercises that left me feeling centered and grounded. I highly recommend Iggy!
