FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it ranges but for the most part I try and stay around the 3.00 a foot range, depending on the location of the property, weather it's 1,2, or 3 story. I don't have much overhead at the moment so I'm able to keep the prices as low as I possibly can and still stay in business..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to walk the job to see were the problem areas are and figure out the best way to eliminate them. some quotes can be done over google earth. but for the most part we like to walk the job with you to make sure we're both on the same page. we will give you a written estimate on the spot and if you agree to the price we will give you a date the job can be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my father owned a gutter company from 1974 to 2001 and I've been installing gutters since I was 18 years old and I'm 41 now.
