FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to spend time getting to know the client in order to understand their background and motivation because I find this information integral for outstanding results. Most issues can be addressed within 1-2 sessions, with 4 being the maximum I chose to provide. I also offer remote training through a free smartphone app for those who just need a support system to stay on track.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a psychology degree from San Diego State University, and have completed the hypnotherapy program at Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the country's first nationally accredited school of hypnosis. Additionally, I am a certified personal fitness trainer and a nutritional therapist.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became fascinated with hypnosis in 2007 while studying Psychology at San Diego State University. A guest speaker gave a presentation which included a live demonstration on several students. I immediately saw the huge potential in hypnosis, and continued my studies at a nationally accredited school of hypnotherapy. Soon after, I began incorporating hypnotherapy into my personal fitness training.
