- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each client is different and we customize our service to the needs of our client . We have menu of services included in the basic management offer but we can offer other services of a fee basis to meet additional needs, We pride ourselves with not having hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we get a request for services to have the property managed. We then set up a time to visit the property with the owner and go over their goals for the asset. We take pictures and draw up a formal proposal based on the needs and wants of the owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has many years of experience in many phases of construction, remodel, and selling of real estate property. Having been landlords we understand what is important to a non-occupied property owner. We, of course, have an excellent accounting software that allows you to access information on your properties 24/7. More can be discussed after an interest has been shown.
