- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is unique so I base my estimates on the actual work discussed in the initial meeting with the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I visit the job site and discuss the work with the client. Then I provide a written proposal of what we agreed upon in the discussion, including costs, timeline and payment schedule. If the proposal is approved I start on time, work diligently and complete the work within schedule and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in industrial design and 13 years of experience in light contracting work.
