I'm a landlord, my management agent is Mr. Larrs. I confess I was surprised by his efficiency. When we first met, we signed the files and he took some pictures for my house as a normal agent. But next day, he actually sent me the new tenants' information. It's really unbelievable in my experience because my last agent still hasn't rented my house out for one week. In addition, he has professional techniques for photography and a magical camera which can get perfect photos in the darkness. My plants in the garden withered, so I worried about the photos of the house outside. But what I see surprised me again, the red and grey dead plants infiltrated with the house in the sunset. just like a beautiful oil painting of autumn. He is a polite and shy man. In my memory, he helped me a lot, he drove specially to a land and sent me a picture just because I want to know if the house was built in an advertisement. He helped me to open or close the service of electricity and water for my property because I live too far away. He gave me sincere advice (some from his lawyer) to help me avoid legal dispute and tried a lot to protect my benefit in one transaction though he might be blamed by his broker (The broker is really nice,too. Though this strange man always wanted to know why I regretted to sell my house. When I canceled my transaction, he hadn't charged me.) Because his career, he can give us low price of house maintaining by his contract company. If I must find out some defect of him, it should be that he said too much "yes" to me -_-||| I think Larrs is the half reason to keep my property in Lancaster.

i have worked for an appliance company for the last 27 years.we work with allot of property mngt companies. so when i was done dealing with my rentals and wanted to turn them over to a property mgnt i had a very large selection to choose from. i chose loyal blue for allot of reasons. they are aggressive with the right amount of patience's. they are knowledgeable with the understanding of always learning. over the years i have been into many of the different houses he manages. have seen the tenants and the way the properties are kept. i have been impressed with the professionalism he shows. i am extremely satisfied with my choice to go with loyal blue.
