- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to provide excellent service at a fair market price. We're not the cheapest and we won't overcharge anyone, we want our work to provide value to our clientele. We give generous discounts for clientele who sign onto our maintenance packages for quarterly, monthly, weekly, or daily services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep the process simple: * Choose the services that best match your needs * Book online instantly * We give you a call to get EXACTLY what you need * We send our cleaners (very open schedule to accommodate your needs) * We send our managers to check on them to make sure that they're staying on task and focusing on your areas of interest * When they finish you give them the OK to leave or they take pictures to send directly to your phone for the OK to leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The 3 partners all have experience running property management and hospitality venues and know what you expect as a service provider. One of the partners graduated from the University of Illinois in Public Health. We've all worked for pressure washing companies as well as general contractors in the past and have had years of on the field experience.
