- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quotes are approximate and based on very limited information initially if quoted on this website so understand a meeting in person beforehand is crucial to accurately understand a customers needs and make sure quote is good. Remember cleaners see things on an "up close" perspective. Initial cleans are typically more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it is a personal home I prefer to meet in person so I can get to know the owners and their individuals needs and preferences. If it is a rental, meeting in person isn't always possible right away at least, so we can talk over the phone, then they email me their preferences, codes, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being detail oriented and a clean freak helps. I also am always on pinterest looking for cool ways to be environmentally responsible and efficient
