- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive and are designed to cover our product and equipment expenses. If you are providing products and equipment we make adjustment based on that. Their are also discounts available for repeat services as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding exactly what they need, meet their scheduling request and take over to ensure their customer service needs are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been trained to service in restaurants, offices, homes, facilities and events cleaning for over 15 years.
