As I am sure a lot of people know, it can be very difficult to find a good contractor. Me and my wife were looking for someone to help us with a stamped concrete deck in our backyard. We called a few contractors and were fortunate to find Charles from ITP. Most of the contracters we called never called us back after leaving several messages. Charles started out as one of the few that answered his phone and came out to meet with us. He was very knowledgeable about his industry and spent a lot of time with us so he could understand what we wanted. He gave us a bid and helped submit plans for approval by our HOA. From start to finish he made it very easy and they did a great job recreating our outdoor space. If your considering improvements to your home and need a great contractor, don't hesistate to call Charles.

I had Charles' company install a patio for me and they did a fantastic job. The crew was on time, cordial and cleaned up after themselves and Charles followed up by actually coming out to my house to review the job.

Charles installed a section of concrete for me at a customers driveway. He did a great job start to finish with a reasonable price.
