- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Varies depending on the order request. For dinner delivery services average per meal is $15. Lunch is around $12.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a free consultation which lasts around 30 minutes. During this process we go over the likes and dislikes and health needs of the customer. Depending on their request we create a customized menu and delivery schedule. Customer can opt for delivery service or in premise cooking. Same process applies for catering as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chefs are culinary school graduates and are experienced in both in home cooking and catering events.
