Nancy Sammons is not only the most personable realtor we have worked with, she is also one of the most knowledgeable. We have worked with Nancy on Selling, Buying, & Selling two homes. She assisted us in selling our most recent home in a very finicky market. We felt she gave us good advice and was very straight forward when it came to having tough talks about preparing our house to sell, price, and then helping us negotiate the offers we received. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a special rate for Thumbtack clients of 7%. Usually I charge 10% of the rental fee. You also get great customer service and support as always.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a great communicator and that is very helpful with the process of renting your home out. I will let you know step by step where we are. You will never be left hanging and wondering what is going on. I also include a work sheet which outlines the process of renting your house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Realtor with 14 years experience with real estate. I Have many designations such as GRI, EPro, ABR, CNE and many more. These designations mean that I continue to educate myself and learn what is new and important in real estate.
