Pamela has helped design several items for me. She desgined a company logo for my tutoring company. It was an adorable cartoon train that had a lot of detail. It was super cute and looked awesome on my business cards, bags and website. I recieved multiple compliments on it from other people. She has also created four personalized baptism photos with my sons’ picture with bible verses overlayed across it. It is an amazing keepsake that we still have hanging on our wall. She has made baptism announcements, my wedding thank you cards, my wedding ceremony program, birthday invitations for my kids. I just give her the theme of the party and she does the rest. She is very creative! For birthday parties, along with the inviatation and thank you card, she has made birthday posters, yard characters and cupcake toppers. For example, my son had a monster party. She made several 12 inch monster graphics and attached them to yard stakes. When my son woke up in the morning, he saw all these cute little monsters in the front yard ready to help him celebrate his birthday. She has helped me create farm animal, construction, pirate and many more party themes. A while back I hosted parties for all my cousins when they got married and had babies. Pamela helped me create favor tags and personalized signs and food labels for all those parties as well. Pamela is very creative and very knowledgable on knowing how to create all these fun things. When I get an idea, she is the first person I contact to see how she can help create it for me. She is very nice, always willing to listen to my ideas and I highly recommend her. She is my go to design person for all my creative designs and fun ideas.

Everything from the brand identity: logo, letterhead, business cards to banners, signage, packaging design for 2 of our International products, website design, marketing brochures, postcards, promotional materials, t-shirt designs, social media presence and anything that we need or dream up, she helps us create it. Pamela was able to help me during a difficult time and created a beautiful funeral brochure for my husband who unexpectedly passed away. She was thoughtful and respectful during the entire process and was able to design a piece that really showed what a beautiful life we had together. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per hour so that it is fair to the customer and the designer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial phone call to discuss what the customer has in mind. If they have ideas, I will request that they email them to me so that we can collaborate and work together to complete exactly what they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a Mass Communications degree and have been doing graphic design, marketing and business development for the last 15 years.
