Introduction: I unlock the divine potentiality of the mind, body, and spirit. I use fitness as a tool to tap into the core elements needed to be successful (discipline, resilience, organization, etc).
I work with clients who need personal training rather it be in person or virtually.
I have helped grow the business of gym owners and the portfolio of other Personal Trainers.
Being committed, knowledgeable and a problem solver has helped my services stand out and achieve maximum results.
I enjoy helping people pursue their passions. Rather it be through life coaching, mentoring or personal training! I help others achieve their goals and that brings me joy.
It brings me joy because at one point I suffered from anxiety and it started to cause depression. I decided that I was going to break from it by literally becoming stronger mentally, physically and spiritually).
I know I am not the only person who's had these issues so it brings me joys to help other fight back!
I utilize the key principles of fitness in all aspects of my business (discipline, organization, strategy) etc.
Seeing the success, the smiles, and the progressions of others fills my spirit with immense joy!.

TeamGoE is an awesome service that I purchased several months ago. They are extremely talented in designing programs specifically for your needs. They give you a survey that finds out who you are and what your goals are, then have a short conversation with you to make your personal program work for you. They give you workout plans, along with meal plans, and even supplements that would be beneficial to you. I think the best thing is their ability to coach you from anywhere in the world. There are phone conversations as well as video communication, so if you record yourself doing an exercise, you can send it to them and they can give you coaching on how to better your technique to get maximum results. You can be in a completely different country and still reap the benefits of Team GoE. I would recommend the service to anyone.

Lu and TeamGOE are great! He was really personable and professional. I'm a sales rep for a major medical supplier so I drive a lot for work. This means I end up eating poorly and "not having enough time" to work out. Working with Lu helped me realize that "proper preparation prevents piss poor production". He helped me devise a meal plan and work out schedule that fit into my hectic schedule. And not only that, he was a great accountability partner! He checked in on me and progress, provided motivation and a kick in the ass when I needed it most. I've tried to get in shape, like I'm sure we all have, on a number of occasions and nothing has been as valuable and worth the money as TeamGOE. Really, if you don't give it a shot, you're crazy!

TeamGoE is the ultimate training experience for mind body and spirit. Lu put together my custom workout plan and had me track my physical results but where I was mentally coming into my exercise.
