FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing works depending on the service required: - Training It is charged by hour. - Reconciling It is charged depending on how many Bank Accounts there are. The other important note is the traveling radius: * I travel up to 10 miles for at least one (1) hour training/consulting session. * I travel up to 20 miles for at least two (2) hour training/consulting session. I can always negotiate for more than 20 miles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for a new customer is to sit down with her/him/them. I ask a few quick questions to understand your business, measure your Quickbooks knowledge and your day to day process. I fit QB into your daily admin and accounting process and customize the training. I understand that you do not need to know ALL of QB but only what is really practical for your job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started using QB as my own business software and each day found its "virtues" and how it made my work so much organized. I was able to get instant info and data that helped improve the - decision making - process. I did -on site- courses as well as -online. Then I became Intuit Certified. Ever since I have been doing this as a way of living.
