FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and go over requirements. I build a prototype, we meet again and discuss adjustments. If it looks like we are on the right track, I build out the site. We don't go live until the customer is satisfied. The customer is not obligated until the site is live on the internet. They are not on the hook for a dime until then. At go live we sign contracts, I get paid, and we are off to a strong and long lasting relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 35 years of experience in IT, with the last 12 in web development. I have spent many hours on lynda.com learning various technologies related to the web and graphic design.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After 25 years in IT working on mostly large IBM mainframes, I discovered the web. I love it because it is so dynamic, and I get to share my creations with the world. Before I could only share them with a small group of other programmers.
