- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have written a few set menus with a few choices and add-ons available. for very small and intimate gatherings I am very flexible. With those, I look forward to working with the client and using some creativity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is so different. The only thing I can keep consistent is the lines of communication. I will ask a lot of questions and I am more than happy to answer a lot of questions. I like to be on the same page, every step of the way.
