- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most projects we change by the hour plus materials. I have discount rates for repeat customers, referrals, fire/police/EMS and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Super simple! Contact me here or via phone at area code 623 then 606 8438 and I will get some information about the job, maybe do a free site visit for larger projects, then be able to schedule you as soon as possible. Once the job is complete my lovely wife will send you an invoice in which you can easily pay online or by mail with a check. We also follow up to make sure you are satisfied and look forward to having you as a future repeat customer!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been incredibly handy my entire life and beyond working as a paramedic I have also owned and managed a car audio shop, security and low voltage company, and also a property preservation company. I have done it all professionally over a 30 year career.
