Can't say enough good things about Frank and his company. The project started when an inspection report came back on a property that I own that required many small projects. I needed a GC who could quickly come in, assess the scope of what needed to be done, and give me both a quote and the time it would take to complete all of the projects. I turned to thumbtack to see how quickly I could get a response. I received 3 quotes and Frank was not only the first person to reply but also the quickest to set up a time to meet with me at the house. His professionalism and demeanor put my mind at ease when he said the projects were not going to be that costly and would not take very long to complete. Some of the tasks included sealing and cementing cracks around the house, repairing a fence, installing insulation/sofits under a sun porch, installing a toilet, fixing garage cabling, installing receptacle for condenser pump, replacing vent line for furnace. He even repaired a few other things that I was unaware of. He didn't just stop at the initial projects, but I've since asked him to do some additional work. He even wrote up an inspection report for me to indicate all the work he did to prospective buyers. He's also came back to cut and cap some pipes, dig in my yard to confirm there were no oil tanks, remove insulation in attic. There's really nothing that Frank has been unable to do for me and will continue to receive business from me in the future. If you are thinking of hiring a GC, I can't think on anyone better than Frank. Not only is he a great GC, but he's an even better human being. Can't thank him enough for what he's done.

Pricing depends on individual projects. We use licensed plumbers and electricians.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting, review of work, email a proposal, when agreed upon a full contract will be signed, deposit only when work starts. 5% discounts given to veterans, seniors and cash payments
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father was a carpenter, full Union training and 28 years experience.
