- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our most standard pricing is as follows; $75 which includes e-filing of Federal 1040, State, and 1 W-2. Our list of fees can be found on our website in the Fees tab. All fees are deducted from the client's refund so that they won't have to pay out of pocket. If a client prefers to pay out of pocket, an invoice will be sent to him/her once their return is prepared. When the invoice is paid in full, the return will then be e-filed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin the process of starting your tax return preparation, complete the tax questionnaire on our website in the start your tax return tab. Be sure to complete it accurately as the information you input on the questionnaire will be inserted on your tax return. You may also upload the required documents(i.e. W-2, clear picture of your valid ID, picture of your and your dependents social secureity cards, etc.) within the questionnaire. When you have completed the questionnaire, press submit and it will come directly to us. You will then get an email acknowledgment within one to two hours(usually within 30 minutes) during normal business hours when we have begun to work on your return. Keep an eye on your email as we will be in contact with you the entire process, notifying you of anything that has to do with your return. When we have completed your return, we will submit 3 to 4 forms to you for review and your esignature. You are to esign all necessary forms and submit them back to us. We will then go over your return one more time to check for any errors and submit it to the IRS. You will be notified within 24 to 48 hours when the IRS accepts your return. Once accepted, we will mail your $25.00 gift card to you for becoming our client and or your $50 referral gift card. Once the IRS releases your refund (7 to 21 days for direct deposit, 2 to 5 weeks for check),the preparation fees (if selected to pay via refund) will be deducted from your refund and the remaining balance will be sent to you via your chosen way of receiving your refund (i.e. Direct deposit, check, prepaid card). At that time, this process will be complete.

I have an Associates in Business Administration and have taken courses in Accounting 1 and 2 and I have begun to pursue my Bachelors in Business Management.
