- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have base prices for our services that are all priced very affordably for the services they provide. Many of our services start at approximately $400/mo allowing the client to pick what fits best in their budget to meet their goals. There are no binding contracts or sign-up fees, you can start or stop our services any time you like.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak to all of our new clients to discuss what their specific needs are and what their goals for their online presence and growth are. This helps us best determine where to focus our efforts, and helps to create a custom plan best suited to achieve the desired results. After we agree on the best action plan, we start right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Combined in our company, we have over 10 years of experience and education in all forms of online marketing in Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
