Normally I do not leave reviews, but today I received another request from chuck to leave a review for him. When I went on to give a review I had read a simi negative review. I was actually shocked by this, due to the fact, Chuck did such a remarkable job for me. I Hired No Limits to help me out on several projects throughout my home. Chuck was at my home for 5 days completing my work. He made sure all the work was done right and the way I wanted it. Just like the review above, I requested a lot of extras from Chuck that were not discussed as part of the job. (I think we all do that). Chuck was able to do most of the extra projects for me, in his time frame. He also did not charge me for most of the extras. I know most companies would have. I was very pleased with his work, and I have him scheduled to come out next month for a bedroom remodel.

In an age when service is everything, don't go with a big company. Choose someone like No Limits. They will give you all the resources of the big guys, but the service of a family owned business. Can't recommend them enough!

All I can say is wow. Chuck was amazing. I knew our project would turn out good, but what chuck did for me and my family was above and beyond anything we could have expected. My friends and family tell me my house looks like a model home now. My wife and I are forever grateful.

We have two different billing methods. We charge by the hour or we charged through Xactimate which is an insurance based pricing program.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a face to face appointment at no charge to discuss work in question. Provide estimate of work needed. Discuss with new customer the process and timeline for their project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified through IICRC, we have worked with every national Insurance company. We educate our staff on a daily basis to stay up with all current trades.
