I recently had the pleasure of working with second steps for a deed for you which included notarizations. I'll save you in the long story of why I needed the deed in the first place which is a headache in its self (family drama) of course,. I knew nothing of what needed to be done but I got step by step help with the and filing of the completed deed which I received in the mail from the prothonotary office in less than 27 days, I will definitely be using the services again

First we try to gather as much information as possible to assure your getting the best service for your needs, then we will discuss prices, depending on your needs we can decide whether an hourly or flat rates best fits your wallet. Then its off to get your request completed!

I have worked in the legal field (law firms, corporations, etc) for over 20 years. I have certification/training as a paralegal and notary.
