We do depends on the job, we work with the best client but we do price match or beat respectable offers!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I've done a lot of work for and with other Property Managers such as Mr.Richard Rorer who is the Property Manager for Oxford Circle Church and Comuinty Center located at 900E. Howell St. in the Oxford Circle section of the Northeast. He also buys and rehabs residencal properties that I've work with him on. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to school for carpentry and building maintenance at Orleans Institute, and worked for a Master Carpenter for two years right out of school who I did my apprenticeship with he keep me on and paid me. After two years and two raises with home I moved on to working with an Electric company did it all from service lines, breaker boxes to the instillation and maintenance of Solar Panels. I did that for two years as well in San Francisco, I came back to Philadelphia and I started my own business before I went. I got back here and I continued to do the Solar but started doing a lot of new construction projects and begin to do commercial plumbing also with gas and duct work. So I'm 34 and I have been in the field for 12years "Working and Learning" I take pride in everything I do and I am good at what I do plus I love what I do!!! So it could be a paint job I left my finishing work experience out, I've done work for the city caulking sanding and painting the interior of buildings like "The Please Touch Museum" do to woman's shelters and men's halfway houses. So I've really done it all and we still going strong so I appreciate even being considered and feel free to contact me, our prices are "NOT" industry base and I'll garuntee to match or beat any reputable business pricing!!!
