- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not give out "loose quotes". Until the piece or project is viewed in person, whether on-site or off-site, we cannot provide an exact cost. Different woods, different finishes, pre-existing conditions, as well as, desired results all factor in to the proper and authentic methods we use and are known for. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, a request for some photographs of the piece(s) or project (if available), followed with an actual telephone consultation. When there is mutual interest, an in-person consultation is scheduled. We will then thoroughly examine the piece(s) and or inspect the project requested, while speaking in depth with a prospective client regarding their specific wants and needs.
