- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will do flat fee projects, or I charge $175.00 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to understand what kind of marketing they have done in the past and with what results. I also like to understand as much about their business as possible so that I can provide a great strategy and plan for implementation. I do all the strategy work myself, but have developers, graphic designers, SEO specialists and other people that I oversee to complete the implementation. Or, if they prefer, I can work with their internal people. It really depends on the client preference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive marketing and PR experience having the years prior to starting my own business with brands such as Hilton Hotels, the Olympics, Fashion Week in NYC, the TED Conference, Starbucks, The X Prize Foundation among others. I am also a big believer in analytics. They are the only way to prove what marketing tactics are working for you and your company. Every business is unique and although there are tactics that work better than others for most companies, constant message testing, and utilization of unique tools and strategies and A/B testing should always be employed.
