Introduction: I have spent the last fourteen years marketing and selling my own construction and custom carpentry business in the competitive Philadelphia market. I was able to separate myself by articulating a thorough understanding of progressive design and building approaches in a manner which provided both motivation and comfort to the homeowner. Every new client was an opportunity to sell not only my competency but also my trustworthiness and honesty. There were very few cases where I was not granted the work. I have had an equal share of success in gaining work directly from homeowners and as well from architect designed and referred work. I enjoy delivering a quality, finished product to the customer.
