Rachel Benyola is the best of the best. She has the career coaching skills of a person with 30 years experience, but she's a a young, savvy businesswoman! She clearly understands the challenges entrepreneurs face in our present economic/business world, and is familiar with how cutting edge innovations help businesses grow. She helped me grow an idea into a successful business in a matter of months. Intuitive and formidable, Rachel is a strong woman to have leading a conference or teaching a team - she knows how to walk into a room and command it with grace and authenticity.
She is the ultimate collaborator. She has the unteachable talent to meet people on whatever level they come to her on and truly listen to them and work to formulate new and interesting ideas. I had the pleasure of working with Rachel, as my career coach in 2015-2016. Rachel is amazing to work with. In a very short amount of time, Rachel helped me get into a doctorate program and at the same time launch a small business. This is my second time hiring her, now focused on expanding my business and increasing profit margins.
Rachel gave me really interesting career strength assessments, and her insights were spot on in helping me figure out what would be the best career decision for me moving forward. She asked the right questions in helping me prepare for my graduate school interviews. Since working with her, my business had become revenue positive within 6 months.
