- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is calculated on a project-by-project basis and always clearly outlined in the initial [detailed] proposal of service (not Thumbtack quotes); contingent on a number of factors: type of service, length of term, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to keep my interactions with clientele as direct and as authentic and meaningful as possible. Most clients will find it easiest to discuss their needs on a scheduled introductory call, from which I will compile notes and later submit a detailed Proposal for Service. Proposals are typically submitted within forty eight [business] hours of the initial, introductory call. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelors in marketing from The Art Institute of Philadelphia, however, my education doesn't hold a candle to my biography.
