Andy was great in restoring our outdated floors (sanding, applying polyurethane, and creating floor baseboard). His pricing is lower than average. He is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Andy, the proprietor, did a great job. He has an experienced crew, which he inherited from his Dad's business in refinishing. He has newer equipment, so dust is minimized. He was very good about trying to explain what he thought the wood would look like after refinishing. Oh, and he replaced a ~3x3 ft section of flooring in one of the rooms and did a great job blending it, you are hard pressed to see what was done. He has a real attention to detail. Oh, and his pricing is very fair, especially given his experience. Check his facebook page if you want to see photos of his work.
