- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Both the menu and price are catered to your occassion. Inquire for more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss details of the event and a rough idea of the menu. I send you a proposal that includes the menu, price pp (per person) and other terms. Once approved, we can schedule a tasting where I come to you. After everything is set, I send over the final contract and a 50% deposit is due upon signing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 years of catering and restaurant (head chef) experience.
