- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to help you manage your budget, flat rate pricing is offered for monthly bookkeeping services, monthly administrative services, yearly tax preparation & e-filing services, budget-planning & financial services, and organization services (as needed). If services are not needed on a monthly basis, our hourly rates are very affordable and offered for bookkeeping, administrative services, and payroll & reporting, etc. *Mobile notary services are free for clients or $15 for a one-time service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial 1/2 hour complimentary consultation is offered to all new clients.
